Shortfact: Der eigentliche Pilz ist das Myzel. Unzählige einzelne Sporen, die Hyphen, fadenförmig verwachsen in unserer handgemachten Körnerbrut. Für uns selbstverständlich in Bioqualität.
Damit wir die höchst mögliche Qualität dafür erzielen, verwenden wir ausschliesslich Muttermyzel aus der 1. und 2. Generation.
